Hello! Many American people pronounce the “t” in “that I know”, “what is it?”, “little” as “rr”. This sound is very similar to the “Р” in Russian.

A serbian friend of mine told me that in their primary school they practice "the rolling R". They told me that if you could do that you can also pronounce the words with the R if you practice.

I read that the letter R is pronounced like the English R at the end of the word and before a consonant.
Yet I hear folks pronouncing the R in naar like the French one.
