тепло / жарко for Russians

Hello!

Could you please tell me what do you consider a тёплый день in Russia? Sometimes I hear things like сегодня тепло, 15 градусов. 15 degrees doesn't seem very warm to me :) from which temperature should I start using жарко?

Thanks a lot for your help!

does чайник mean "dummy"?

Привет!

Чайник usually means "a kettle" but you can see it in phrases like "математика для чайников" / йога для чайников etc. so I'm guessing from the context that it also means something like "dummy / stupid". Is my guess correct?

Спасибо, друзья!

genitive after сколько?

Здравствуйте,

I have the following question: is there any difference between the phrases
- Сколько вы здесь живёте?
- Сколько вас здесь живёте?

I want to say "how many of you live here?" I'm never sure when comes to genitive.

Thanks!

Who are they? Do they exist or is it just an invented folk? Thanks for your answ...

Please check my translation

Привет! I need to translate the following sentence correctly, so I'd be very happy if some of the Russian native speaker could check it: I have travelled back in time to tell you something important. Я спутешествовал обратно во время, чтобы сказать тебе что-нибудь важное. If my translation is wrong,...
