As an avid estate sale shopper I came across these and have no idea what it means , any help on artist or what the paper says will be greatly appreciated

That's a powderbox. No price is given, other than that - looks like a genuine handwritten Russian. Old stuff, or, at least, an old receipt, can be traced back to the USSR times, as there is a РСФСР tag - Russian part of the Union. The paper isn't dated, the only date recognisable is 2006. The factory tag reads "Fedoskin factory of miniature painting".
Anything else in particular?

Artist is someone named Smirnov, written in cursive. Probably, a worker on the said factory. Nothing else I can say for sure.

Палехские Х.П.М. states for Artistic Workshops of Paleh(it’s a place on the North-West of Moscow, nearby Ivanovo city)

Сувенир папье-маше is souvenir made of papier mache
The number of the product
The theme(or subject) of the painting: Hunt(handwritten)
Author: Smirnov(handwritten)

The second pic:
Department of local industry of Russian Soviet Federative Socialistic Republic.
Administration of Moscow Government responsible for works of art and toys.
Plot: (I can’t understand handwriting here, it’s like “in night smth”)
