That is correct. Perfective verbs are only used in past or future tense because they refer to a completed action. So you use future tense to talk about your intent to complete an action. The past tense is used to talk about an action already completed. I do not know of any exceptions. Maybe someone ...

Из дома, is in genitive case. 'Из' is used with the genitive case. 'Дома' is the genitive case of 'дом.'

Which case follows чувствовать? I have seen it followed by accusative, instrumental, and I think nominative. Is it correct to say, Я чувствую плохо? Я чувствую виноватой? Чувствуйте себя как дома. Thanks in advance
