- Сколько вы здесь живёте? means How long have you been living here? but it would be better to say Как долго instead of Сколько in this case.

hi, "Я знаю, это не нечто мы привыкли говорить о" - так не говорят по-русски. "this is not something we are used to talk about" is translated as "Это не то, о чем мы привыкли говорить". you can't put "говорить о" at the end of the sentence like in English with...

привет! no, in this case the verb doesn't change form when using it in a question like: "Do you speak Russian" as opposed to making a statement like: "You speak Russian". In English, when we adress another person, we use only YOU, but in Russian we can adress someone as ТЫ or ВЫ ...
