these questions are correct:
- что ты хочешь?
- какой карандаш ты хочешь?

the correct versions for the rest two are as follows:
какУЮ ручкУ ты хочешь?

- КАКОЕ упражнение ты делаешь? or ЧТО ЗА упражнение ты делаешь?

привет! Я всегда встаю рано - yes, that is correct, because встаю refers to verb вставать, not встать. though I'm afraid this explanation doesn't sound clear :roll: you can say "Я всегда встаю рано", but if you would like to give more details you might say "Я люблю ВСТАТЬ рано, завари...

hi,

yes, this sentence is absolutely correct. there's such an expression in Russian "открывать КОМУ-ЛИБО глаза на что-либо/кого-либо" which means to show something (someone) in its (his/her) true colours 8-)
