¡Hola a todos! Mi duda es sobre cuál es la mejor forma de decir "Hola a todos" :)

¿Deberían decir "Всем привет!" o es mejor decir "Привет всем!",... o cualquier opción es correcta?

This week I've been checking the prepositional case and noticed that, no matter how much you learn, there are always questions. Now I understand it perfectly. So despite being nouns they behave like adjectives, because in the past they used to be adjectives.

So "locative" is a Russian case? I think it was a case in Latin, but I didn't know anything about locative in Russian? So locative and prepositional are two cases which have the same endings except for those exceptions?
