The Russian is rich in exceptions. I think, this is the case when the declination does not comply with the rules.
I recently thought about the "первое сентября". Сентябрь is a masculine gender, and the declension of the numerals for the neuter gender)).

In everyday life, it can be phrases-synonyms.
Gramatically, "я уже говорил" rather refers to a simple past (я уже говорил однажды), but "я уже сказал" to the recent past (я только что сказал - I have said)

What the difference for both, I don't quite understand why sometimes use "лет", and sometimes "летней". :? second option: "лет" - as Lavlets wrote "5 лет" and "летний" as part of the abbreviated numeral "5-летний", i.е. the one who is five...

in Russian there is no word "тют".
there is the word "тут", the vowel sound "u"
