hello everyone i have a question, the letter "Y" sounds like U but the letter "bl" also sounds like U so what is the difference between both sounds ?

I don't really understand your question. Could you be more specific, please and give me more context in what words you hear Ы sound differently as Y and U.

Ryba (poisson in French) - sounds with this exact sound Ы (you can't find this sound in French or English, it is very specific)
Быть (etre in French)again - a very specific sound ы

мЫло, рЫбЫ etc. I can't think about any examples where this letter would be pronounced differently.
