I think it is wrong Russian sentence. Automatic subtitles? :D
The right sentence is "Ты меня поняла? Я что говорил?"

Наварить appears in the Oxford Russian dictionary as the infinitive perfective of possibly наварил. I get the squiggly lines underneath наварил, so I think something is wrong. There are two definitions in the dictionary for наварить. The first definition it to weld on, the second is to cook or boil a quantity of something.

I couldn't find полили in the dictionary. Maybe someone else can up with a better explanation. Is there some context, you said someone sent it in a message? It does sound like it could be a subtitle not done well.

I think Anastasia pretty much summed it up.

НАГОВОРИЛ - means Somebody told to somebody toomuch (as usual something BAD) - я ТАКОГО его НАГОВОРИЛА!!! In this example ТАКОГО is using like "something VERY BAD"

In our example this sentens is meaning VERY CLOSE to

do you understand the words that are coming out of my mouth?

I think the sentence is not in the correct format. There is no proper definition of above Russian sentence. May it be "Ты меня поняла? Я что говорил?".
