ПРИВЕТ ! From what I know you can use the following phrases: всё в порядке [ vsyo vpariatki]
всё путём [ vsyo poo-tyom] .

I always meet crew Tanker from Russia during loading in my Terminals, and I need say to them is Welcome on Board.
Can you help me..?

That's gonna be "Добро пожаловать на борт!" [Dough-bro poe-zhalo-wa-t (like, in TEA) na bort]
